Next Members' Meeting

Annual General Meeting To be chaired by our President, Anthony Marshall

Enclosed with, or attached to, this bulletin, you will find all the papers you need for the AGM. Please bring them with you to the meeting, at which the Society's Officers, Executive Committee etc will be elected. [Reminder: Nominations should be submitted to the Secretary by 18th March.] Do please come along and have your say on any of the agenda items.
Our guest speaker will be Denny Gray. He is an experienced sustainability advisor, and is actively involved in making Wandsworth a greener, more sustainable borough. Recently seconded to the Department for Energy and Climate Change, he was previously an advisor to the UK Government at the Sustainable Development Commission, the Government's 'green' watchdog. He is Chair of the Wandsworth Environment Forum (representing environmental interests across the borough), is a founder member of the newly-formed Wandsworth Environment Partnership and is working with organisations across Wandsworth to form a Climate Change Alliance. He is actively involved with Transition Towns Wandsworth and Tooting - two local community groups aiming to build a more resilient borough - and is a member of Wandsworth Friends of the Earth. The meeting is open to all Society members and friends.
